Acadia Insurance is a mid-sized regional provider of commercial insurance that is sold through the independent agency system. Acadia first approached us with the task of branding their new Synergy product after being dissatisfied with previous results from their former marketing agency.
Pulp+Wire took on the project of creating and implementing the logo and brand development for Synergy after a brief interview and an immediate…well, creative synergy.
What was meant to be a single, finite project four years ago quickly evolved into greater involvement through immediate response, a willingness to listen and a casual yet professional attitude that complemented Acadia well. Increasingly, Pulp+Wire was tapped to deliver compelling messaging, imagery and design to communicate to employees, agents and consumers. The work that we have undertaken for the company has included a host of internal and agent-centric communications, branding of entire incentive trips, work within Acadia’s intranet and the creation of a number of tools designed to make accident response and claims processing easier and more efficient.
